PRINTOZ provides printing services, including but not limited to:

  • Business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and custom printing products, Electronic items , mobile accessories, Kitchen Items, Home Decor etc
  • Design tools and templates for customers to create custom prints.

The services are provided as described on the Site, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

5. Order Process

When placing an order, you agree to:

  • Upload or submit only original content that you have the legal right to use.
  • Review and approve the design proofs before final printing.
  • Confirm the accuracy of the details (text, images, layout, etc.) of the submitted design.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled except under certain conditions (see “Returns and Cancellations” section).

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
  • We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as specified on the Site.
  • You are responsible for all taxes, shipping costs, and other applicable fees associated with your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • PRINTOZ INDIA will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your order based on the selected shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and shipping conditions.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international shipments.

PRINTOZ INDIA is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

8. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 7 Days after the order is placed. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
  • Returns: We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer support within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds: If a return is accepted, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for issues arising from customer errors in design or content.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Customer Content: You retain ownership of the artwork, designs, and other content you upload to PRINTOZ INDIA for printing. However, by uploading such content, you grant PRINTOZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • PRINTOZ Content: All content provided by PRINTOZ, including but not limited to the website’s design, logos, and templates, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PRINTOZ’s liability for any issue arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for:

  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the artwork submitted by you.
  • Delays in shipping or delivery.
  • Any damages arising from the use of the printed products, including any harm caused by incorrect printing.

11. Privacy Policy

PRINTOZ INDIA respects your privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration/mediation, with any legal action taking place in the courts located in New Delhi

PRINTOZ INDIA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
